Dear Mr. Paslay,

The rumors out there regarding the Suncoast Parkway are far too numerous to list. They deal with a misunderstanding of the study process that are presented as fact for whatever reason. When these rumors are brought to our attention we will do our best to correct these.

As for the noise walls at Cheval West, they were built as part of the construction of the Suncoast Parkway 1. I do not know the exact costs of these walls but typical cost for a noise wall are estimated at $25 per square foot.
