A series of recent workshops are bringing to the fore the "imminent" widening of US-19, the portion that parallels the Suncoast 2. How does that affect the applicability of the SC2 proposal, as related to need?

Are there projections to indicate that BOTH the widening of US 19 and the construction of the Suncoast 2 are required to meet traffic demands through the Gulf Corridor? And will the economic feasibility study for the Suncoast 2 take into consideration the traffic that would be "siphoned" off because of the expansion of US-19?
