As a taxpayer, I am shocked to read your confirmation that "No traffic anlyses have been completed". What this means to me, is that a $200 million road project has not undergone any traffic analysis studies to validly justify its Need, even as FTE is asking for $160 million in funding from FHWA, which ultimately is taken out of tax payers' dollars, to pay for it.
