Standard Form 424 is required to be submitted to the State Clearinghouse as part of the Advance Notification Package. At the time of its submittal it was a very preliminary estimate of construction costs in that alignments were not yet developed. The purpose of the form as part of the Advance Notification Package is to provide an estimate as to the order of magnitude of Federal Funding requests that may occur in upcoming years.

Formal requests for Federal Funding are submitted by the Florida Department of Transportation's Federal Aid Office in Tallahassee and no such request has been made for this project. Feel free to contact the Federal Highway Administration's Florida Division Office in Tallahassee to verify this.
