Dear Mr. Gibilaro,

As you had advised the public to do, to consult your department on things related to the Suncoast2 for validation of the facts, I am once again coming to you as I have in the past, for clarifications of FTE's position with respect to the issues in my questions.

To date, I have not yet received responses to them. I also still await answers to questions submitted to you in previous months, which appears to have been swept aside.

As with the residents of Cheval regarding the noise wall which they maintain was "promised" to them by FTE, there is clearly a discrepancy between your understanding, and our own on various issues. That is why I request your answers to the questions I have posed -- to get the facts. And without responses, what do I have to go on?

I hope that FTE takes seriously the opinions of the people whose lives will be affected, and provide them with the answers they need to justify this thing the "public good" asks of them and their family.
