Subject: RE: Delay in Suncoast Parkway 2 PD&E Study
Sent: 12-Apr-2004

1) This point is moot since the website was modified after Mr. Roscow brought this to our attention to more accurately reflect the 9/10 of 1% of our work program that has been funded by federal dollars since 1989. No federal dollars have been requested for the possible extension of the Suncoast Parkway into Citrus County.

2) Delays are the result of difficulty in receiving required project information and extensive project reviews.

6) Regarding land acquisition, the 60% completion refers to the status of the design plans, which follows the PD&E, not the % complete of the project. With the "No_Build" being analyzed in the PD&E, the design plans will be 0% complete. Following the completion of the PD&E, if a build option is selected, and if a property owner within the selected build alignment wishes to sell his property prior to 60% design plans, advance negotiations could begin.

Regarding the FIHS, this question has been asked and answered to the best of our ability.
